Total peace of mind
One big challenge with this launch campaign was demonstrating that Family Shield is the solution to combat the physical, financial, and digital dangers that seniors can encounter... but in a way that isn't alarmist or catastrophic. To show how Family Shield brings peace of mind, we leaned into warm neutrals and vibrant colors (especially Cautionary Yellow) for the features in use. We also reminded users of the Family Shield benefits (less stress, more time together) through compelling family photography wrapped in a shield shape.


Brand meets Product
The Brand Design team and I worked closely with the Product Design team so the Family Shield app features and campaign would share the same visual language and tone. The brand-marketing-forward touchpoints, like the onboarding series, could be more expressive. For these we leaned into editorialized UI snippets to show the features in a warm, scannable way.
